To help minimize any stress factor your animal might feel, the boxes are individualized, cleaned daily, food served twice a day, and have fresh water always available. Your pets can count on an infrastructure of 12 boxes for dogs, and 8 boxes for cats, fully equipped with an outdoor area with a sheltered space and a solarium where your dog can enjoy the sun and contemplate the surrounding landscape.
Our team visits your home every day to take care of your pets. This service may include walking the dog, cleaning their living area, feeding and having fun times during our visit.It also includes basic handling of household chores such as watering plants, picking up mail and airing spaces, if you so wish.
Just like humans, who need a daily dose of mental and physical stimulation to be happy, our animals also need it to be in balance and prevent alternative behaviours. This service offers your companion stimulative activities, making them more satisfied, in tune, and calm during the time you spend together.
Acquiring basic notions of canine psychology, learning and language is essential for your relationship with your pet. So they can be healthy and balanced, for both to maintain happy lives together, these are some of the skills you can learn from our team. On any situation, a first evaluation class is needed, where the main objectives for the training will be discussed.
This service is available during Tuapata's opening hours throughout the year. It can be integrated during your pet's stay at a hotel or daycare if you wish.
Located on a fully fenced farm of 4.5 acres, in Mirandela city, our canine and feline hotel is perfectly integrated into nature, surrounded by beautiful landscapes (magnificent view of the Serra dos Passos) and in a completely relaxing environment. The entire building (indoor and outdoor spaces) has a 24-hour video surveillance security system.

To guarantee your pet's reservation, you must wire 50% of the total visit, so your spot is guaranteed. The remaining 50% will be paid at the check-out, or by bank transfer during the animal's stay. When the payment is settled by bank transfer, please send us a confirmation proof to tuapata@outlook.com. For admission, besides the proof of transfer, it is necessary to send a photograph of the vaccination card with all vaccines up to date (you can see which vaccines are required when downloading the full plan pdf). For the cats, please also send us a proof of a negative FIV and FELV test. You can also go to our establishment andmake the reservation in person, showing the vaccination card and making the payment at your convenience (ATM, MBWAY or cash).
